By downloading, accessing, or using Subliminals Mind, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subliminals Mind provides subliminal audio, structured listening protocols, progress tracking, and optional AI-assisted features for relaxation, mindset exploration, and personal growth. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a medical device, therapist, or financial advisor and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes. Individual experiences may vary.
Mindset Analyzer and Future Self use our AI agent to generate text, images, and optional voice audio from information you submit. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not rely on the app for emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions.
Premium access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play and, when available, the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes (such as VAT) where required by law. Local prices correspond to the same commercial tiers as our reference prices, currently €19.98 per year for the annual plan (plus applicable VAT in your country) and the monthly price shown in the app for your region. The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial where offered by the store. Exact prices, trials, and renewal dates are always shown before you confirm a purchase. Pre-launch promotional pricing (such as €19.98/year before 28 November 2026) may change for new subscribers after the promotional period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the store. Refund eligibility is handled according to store policies.
We may change subscription prices for new subscribers or after notice as required by the app stores and applicable law. Existing subscribers may retain prior pricing on renewal according to store rules until they cancel.
All audio, artwork, text, and software in Subliminals Mind are owned by or licensed to Mario Lundqvist OÜ. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream and use content for your own listening while your subscription is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass subscription checks, upload unlawful or non-consensual images to Future Self, reverse engineer the service, or use it in any unlawful manner.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mario Lundqvist OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mario Lundqvist OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
