1. Introduction

Welcome to Subliminals Mind, operated by Mario Lundqvist OÜ ("we", "us"). We provide 17,500 Hz subliminal audio for relaxation, mindset exploration, and personal growth. This policy explains how we handle privacy. Subliminals Mind is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

2. No Account Registration

We do not require you to create an account or log in with an email address. Premium access is managed through your Google Play or App Store subscription.

3. Data on Your Device

Some information is stored locally on your device only — for example your protocol progress, favorites, listening history, and Future Self usage limits. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

4. AI Features

Subliminals Mind includes optional AI features:

• ◆Mindset Analyzer — the text you submit is sent to our AI agent to generate guidance and track suggestions.
• ◆Future Self — your selfie (optional first name and goal text) is sent to our AI agent to generate a portrait, written message, and optional voice audio.

We do not permanently store selfies, names, or AI prompts on our own servers. Content is transmitted to our AI agent for processing. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. These features are for personal growth and relaxation only — not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and, when available, the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes (such as VAT) where required. They correspond to the same commercial tiers as our reference prices of €19.98 per year (annual) and the monthly equivalent shown in the app for your country. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial where offered. You may cancel anytime in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Refund eligibility is governed by the store's policies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Play, the Apple App Store (when available), OpenAI (AI features), and cloud hosting to operate the app. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies. Audio is streamed from our hosting infrastructure when you listen online.

7. Push Notifications

If you enable reminders, your device may receive local push notifications scheduled by the app. You can turn reminders off in Settings.
